Milly offers a variety of yoga classes to suit you. Her classes include 60 minute of Hatha Yoga for Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced as well as prenatal Yoga and more recently children yoga. Classes vary in their style, filled with flows, salutes, warriors, balances, strengthening poses & stretches. A total body work out with a friendly & experienced instructor. Read more About Us page

Max class size is 10, min is 5 pax unless you are doing couples or 121 yoga.

Whether you are a fan of group classes, or prefer to practice as a couple, or one to one, Milly offers all of the above. Do note that pre natal and childrens yoga is always a group class.
