The Yoga for Life Project
Claire teaches widely in London in studios, but can often be found teaching outdoors in Finsbury Park throughout the year. When not teaching Yoga, Claire works in the film and TV industry.

Golden Yoga
Sal has built her own unique brand of Yoga based on the healing principles of Feldenkrais. She is the in-house Yoga teacher at the creative agency Curtis Brown and counts many artists and writers amongst her following.

Since 2020 Jenny's business the Wild Times, has become the leader in the retreat field, hosting retreats in the UK and across Europe. Her retreats are imbued with her sense of fun, a love of the outdoors, and great food.

Ommillion
Rita is trained in a variety of Yoga disciplines and now teachers Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga and meditation on a regular basis in her hometown of Basingstoke. Originally from Portugal Rita has settled in the UK and loves the English countryside.
ulla vogl
Ulla lives in Henley where she teaches regular Yoga classes at Phyllis Court Club. Ulla grew up in Austria but is now lives in the Berkshire hills. When not on her Yoga mat Ulla is looking after BA customers on long haul flights.
hannah duncalf
Hannah travels from Tignes each year to hold her Autumnal retreat in the New Forest. Born and raised in Yorkshire she now lives and teaches Yoga to skiiers and snowboarders in France.

Alex lives in Southsea where she combines teaching Yoga, flow and Yin with event organising. Her classes are full of fun and she combines creativity with her love of Yoga.
cassie patten OLY
Cassie won an Olympic Bronze medal in 2008 in the 10k swim. She is a fabulous teacher of all abilities from children to adults. Cassie runs regular back to basics Front Crawl courses with us each Summer.
katy williams
One Yoga
Katy lives in the New Forest and is our most local teacher. She combines teaching Yoga and meditation with life as a journalist. Always keen to encourage relaxation and time out, Katy is a regular leader of resorative Day Retreats.

Lucia is the UK's expert on foraging and cooking. She is the media's go-to as the connossieur of foraged food and frequently features on TV and radio. She is The Idler magazine's seaweed expert.
